Tree Adoptions

From the exotic monkey puzzle to the majestic oak, the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and its regional gardens are home to a diverse collection of trees. Whether celebrating a birth or marriage, or remembering a loved one, you can support RBGE by becoming a guardian of one of these iconic landmarks for 10 years.

Interpretation PanelInterpretation PanelVery few of our trees currently display any educational information. Your support through tree adoption will fund a new interpretation panel for your tree, enabling us to share its history and conservation significance with thousands more people. You will receive a personal dedication on the panel, a bespoke certificate of support, and a map of your tree’s location in the Garden. Prices are £5,000 for 10 years.

Please take a look at the trees available for adoption. We would be happy to discuss any special requests about trees or areas of the Garden not currently represented in the gallery.

If you would like to discuss tree adoption in person please call the Development Department on 0131 248 2855.
