To select and personalise a leaf, simply:
- Select a Gold, Silver or Bronze leaf below
- Submit your details
- Submit gift recipient's details (if applicable)
- Submit inscription details for the leaf
Details on how to create your free Commemorative Book entry will be emailed to you. You will receive a notification by post once your leaf is in place on the Hope Tree, along with your Gift Certificate.
